The government isn't on the ropes. Trevor tried to sneak a document into the House that is subject to a court injunction. What was Phil's point today? That Labour paid hundreds of millions of dollars more than it should have for a company that has many hundreds of millions of dollars of deferred maintenance costs ahead of it.
