I thought Banks had TWO figleafs.
Was there a previous instance where he was a director of a Kiwisaver company

“Twyford won’t comment on the petition, which is the work of former Auckland mayoral candidate Penny Bright who is incensed that Banks, the minister for regulatory reform, escaped having to defend himself in court for signing a prospectus that contained false and misleading statements”

It seems that investigation had the same ‘figleaf’ as this time.

It ( Securities Commission) formed the view that there was insufficient evidence to show that either Dr Brash or Mr Banks would have known that the prospectus contained misleading information.”

One is a tealeaf! No both? John, proud super entrepreneur that he is, has probably traded them. Perhaps he ‘doped’ Key`s teacup at Parnell? If Brasch had one would he smoke it?
Whatever, two dopey pretend emperors without clothes
