And…….

If you think today’s National Board minutes leak was interesting – just wait until documents are tabled in the case Collins plans to take.

Explosive.

I certainly didn’t think it was interesting.

I thought it was a waste of time from an increasingly desperate politician/opposition. A minutes from a board meeting that very few NZers apart from the political geeks will care about.

Maybe its just a sign of how desperate the opposition are, (although I wouldn’t exactly call them the opposition on current form, but I digress) that they are willing to try anything to lift their profile and be seen as an even semi-credible alternative to the current govt.

I’ll tell ya this, its not working.

My arse it isn’t, I love it.

Anything that makes life difficult for the F.O.T.S is fine by be.

Thanks to the obvious concern of the righties trying to shout you down, you’ve got my attention completely.

I am feeling a little sceptical of “big reveals” though. I had the misfortune of stumbling upon one on Slater’s blog (don’t ask) only to find it was just days of bland drip feed about hell pizza businessmen.

“Revealed” as they were by someone with so much Pride, I guess you could say they failed to rise (the interest of anyone apart from a hardcore group of disaffected sycophants/podlings).

Collins take sounds more interesting. Could find the defence of truth open to you at the pending proceedings. Still haven’t been served, I take it?

First lesson of Lusk candidate school-

Watch a Cheech and Chong DVD, to show you how to blow a lot of smoke.

Perhaps others could describe other lesson plans

Would have to include ‘How to not ask a question of cabinet colleagues’ and plenty of practice saying ‘it wasn’t me’ or ‘It was my office’.

I heard that last year he started teaching the foundation level course “LAW 099: D is for defamation”

I have no doubt that there is a possibility that there may be some Nats who can’t face the country being sold down the drain or given away even.

Keep up the good work Trev.

Yeah, they join ACT and take them down from the inside.

To Simon@7:56pm mock all you wish but

“Either [the Herald] have been misled or the Serious Fraud Office has been misled – I don’t know. If the SFO has been willingly misled, issues of perjury arise, but I’m a veterinarian, not a lawyer.”

According to his May 1991 statement to the SFO & Australia’s National Crime Authority, Key alleges he did not start with Bankers Trust NZ until September 1988; so how exactly did he go on to have what he and ex Bankers Trust NZ CEO Gavin Walker described in 2008, as a lucrative working relationship with the New York based Bankers Trust currency trader Andrew Krieger given the fact Krieger had resigned from Bankers Trust New York some six months before?

Key we were told knew everything that Krieger was executing across the BTNZ’s Auckland trading desk and that this relationship with Krieger saw the Auckland branch quickly becoming New Zealand’s no.1 dealing room.

For the record, after resigning in February 1988, Krieger took a months holiday, then went to a competitor but by June had retired from the currency markets altogether.
