Interesting article about his in the SST. It suggested reported crime is dropping. However the biggest problem and money-sucking resource remains corrections.
Also interesting to see Judith Collins shelving most of Power’s innovative/forward-thinking proposals. She doesn’t get that if we keep doing things the same we get the same thing…
