  1. cal says:

    Hahaha that was brilliant!

  2. POWER FREEK says:

Well what can I say this lets not game might just lose you a few votes
This is insensitive and if you are serious about winning this year perhaps childish games is not the best approach
Im sure youll get a few nods from people like cal but I find this post slightly offensive.
maybe you should rename it “Lets not have any coalition partners”
pokin fun at hone like this when labour needs all the left parties on side is political suicide but good luck any way
after all I guess its all fun and games

  3. Timmy says:

Didn’t Chuck Norris supported Mike Huckabee for President? So we should punch him, right?

  4. Shane says:

I assumed the idea was to click “Let’s Not”, although I don’t have any knowledge of rugby league or Star Wars so I didn’t understand those ones.

  5. Huginn says:

    o-o-o-o-h yes!
especially pleased with all the kittens – reminded me of this:

Can you get something more interesting, maybe a picture or something to show that it isn’t a spam scam, for the facebook newsfeed?

  6. sean conway says:

This game is pathetic. What were you guys thinking. And who is your target audience? I hope for our sake not many people see it. I certainly won’t be showing it to anyone.

  7. Policy Parrot says:

There needs to be more variety, i.e. a ballot box scene with “National” and “lets not” on it the voting paper. Tick “National” and you get a smiling and waving Key mincing down the catwalk of broken dreams. Tick “lets not”, short sentence from Phil outlining Labour’s vision.

  8. Huginn says:

sorry about the broken link – here’s one that works:

  9. waterboy says:

    Well personally i like it.
Will appeal to working class males, esp princess leah and the scene from alien.

  10. Draco T Bastard says:

Personally, I thought it was tasteless crap.

  11. Cactus Kate says:

Pinko chick and an ACT voter? Goodness gracious, what a good idea. Cross breeding of those on the left and right wing should be strictly disallowed.

  12. mr man says:

If this is Labour Party strategy then we are all in very deep trouble.

Truly pathetic. Not funny in the slightest. A tired pastiche of humourless cliches.

I really question the judgement of whovever put this together.

  13. fizzleplug says:

Surely one of the photos for “let’s take this outside” should have been you in the dock pleading guilty to fighting in a public place?

  14. Trevor Mallard says:

Takes two to fight fissleplug. And of course we fought. And to be fair to Tau he never complained.

  15. Mark says:

I like it. Its a bit of fun. And tbh, a fun, down to earth image is just the image Labour should be creating. It won’t change my vote, but I like it. Been able to have a laugh is a great pro in politics.

  16. Ianmac says:

I’m a bit queasy about “let’s not.” Not very fair or agreeable to me.

  17. 3410 says:

    Pathetic.

You guys really have no idea, do you?

The country needs you to strongly articulate what’s wrong with a National government and why we must change, and instead you give us this puerile amateurish crap?

    Get serious!

    *shakes head*

  18. Gary Jones says:

    @ 1:22am – same here

But is that depiction giving a new meaning to a “shotgun marriage” ?

  19. chris says:

Its better than the last few efforts – so at least thats something.

Still – not good enough to go viral.

  20. Anne says:

Distasteful. Please get rid of it..

  21. George says:

This reminds me so much of pictures of William Hague as UK Tory leader in the early 2000s in a log flume at a theme park wearing a baseball cap with his name on. It screamed ‘we, an opposition party doing terribly in the polls and seemingly unable to connect with anyone, are desperately trying to show younger voters that we’re in tune with the sort of things they’re into.’

What I call the ‘trendy vicar’ syndrome.

All it does is make the person or group trying to appear up to date seem very very sad.

  22. Spud says:

LOL :-D Nothing personally against Hone, but bleepin funny picture! :-D

    Plus I see Policy Parrot is here! :-D :-D :-D !

  23. Linda says:

Game seems a waste of time and not really thought-provoking,

    Try this instead:

    Interested in your thoughts

  24. Spud says:

    Yep, he’s a smart dude! :-D :-D :-D !

  25. Steve Barnes says:

Deleted. Offensive. Clare This is not only pathetic but highly damaging to Labour.
Get real, less than six months to the election and you want to play silly games?

  26. Erin says:

I think it’s hilarious. I’d like more sketches to choose from.

  27. Jimbob says:

Clare:”Deleted. Offensive. Clare This is not only pathetic but highly damaging to Labour.
Get real, less than six months to the election and you want to play silly games?”

Ahhh Clare..considering the subject of this post can you spell ironic?

  28. Steve Barnes says:

So. Mentioning the name of the person that the offending site is registered to is offensive?
I don’t think attacking your support base is a very wise strategy. If anything needs deleting it should be the inane attack on a future coalition party leader.
    Not a good look.

  29. Anne-Maree says:

And this is why the polls are as they are

do you ACTUALLY want to win this election?

  30. Cadwallader says:

Sad. Bury labour. It is dead and starting to stink the place out.

  31. Stamper says:

Embarrassing, inept, makes one cringe to think adults who wish to lead the nation can find the time in opposition to create this rubbish.
Labour MP’s should be ashamed of themselves.

Why would a concerned citizen vote for the perpetrators of this claptrap? Another SMOG [Social Media Own Goal],
we have seen many of them in recent weeks from this shambolic gaggle.

  32. Spud says:

 Hey! Labour is great and alive and kicking and will kick butt come November!

    LAB :-D UR 2 :-D 11

    and

Mallard vs Whale – a slaughtering of marine life – a must see! :-D

  33. POWER FREEK says:
