We grieve. We will always remember. We shall learn from this.
Mining is tough and high risk. As much as technology has advanced, that aspect remains close to as it was 40 years and more ago.
New ZEaland’s mining industry is small compared to Oz and USA, perhaps the industry may invest in one of these robots flown over, but it can still only be held in one area at a time. However it willreach the mine that needs it much quicker than from overseas.
Rest in peace
My thoughts go out to the friends and family left behind.
Let’s not forget the company and its employees and Board, the rescuers and the police, all will be feeling devastated
