very funny. JC is a withering wit

  2. Anne says:

I love the way he lifts his eyes to the heavens everytime he mentions the word “mining” and to a lesser extent when he follows it with “education, health, environment”. They’re not quite as important as mining.

I wish he would come back too. Imagine an interview as Anne Tolley on Nat. Standards. It would be hilarious.

    8O:o I missed a thread :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( !
    LOL :-D

  4. Ianmac says:

Satire is a vital component in the debate. Missing in action in NZ? John Clarke nails it.

  5. Tracey says:

I LOVE JC. Those who for one moment seriously contemplate J Banks mushroom induced Olympic idea, treat yourselves immediately the The Games. This is one of the funiest, biting, and accurate satires of the IOC and sporting process you will ever see.

  6. Anne says:

Agreed Tracey. Not only was it funny to watch, one spent hours – indeed days – recognising the more deeply embedded subtleties and succumbing to near hysteria all over again.
The man is a comic genius.
