Mr/s T Bastard, we agree there has been a decline, albeit my apparent narcolepsy means our thoughts on the cause diverge.
IT offers huge opportunity, indeed I have a new business requiring and utilizing broadband.
However, I believe it is immoral to get someone else, via taxation, pay for my needs. Remember the government has no money. They have ours.
