Technically there is nothing wrong with XT. Just the planing , implementation, and operation was abysmal. Everything !
So common in companies to depend on technology but not to have reserve capacity or robust operations in place.Normally thats the sort of business run by marketing people- hype and hope!
There probably is a succession plan in place – selling the whole, profit devalued lot back to the government to fix up.
