New Zealand Music Month 17- Jordan Luck

Posted by Grant Robertson on May 18th, 2010

Love his music or hate it, Jordan Luck has been a constant presence in the kiwi music scene for more than 25 years. I remember in the Lions Tour in 2004 a set of Kiwi songs were played at every game, including the familiar Why Does Love Do This To Me. I met a couple of English tourists who after a couple of games knew every word. Its that kind of song.

For me I much prefer the early Dance Exponents. And in particular, the terrific Victoria.

I think most of us have sung out hearts out to Victoria at one time or another….usually with a pint or 10 in us!
