    Not a caption but last nights Simpsons episode was about National Testing in the USA. Bart, along with the class losers, were bused off on testing day, Lisa cracked up under the strain, the teachers taught to the test. Turned out the best learning took place as the losers spent the day in the city.

    So to the caption:

    Learn better by watching TV – ‘National Standards Dumbing Down Learning since 2010′.

    “It’s a win-win” says Tolley of the competition. “the schools get technology and the govt creates jobs in India for Fisher and Paykel.”
