Finally!! The people are getting angry enough to take to the streets!!

    Welcome home John.

  2. Spud says:

Wow, cool protest :-D Great to see so many people there. :-D

  3. Tigger says:

Key : “…we inherited a system from Labour that is badly broken and needs to be fixed.”

    Sigh…

  4. Paul says:

Wow – I hope they don’t expect to get any traction on this – it does appear that the Nats all need hearing aides because they sure as eggs do not know how to listen…

As for Labour breaking the system…not sure I agree! The system was already ‘broke’.

  5. Hilary says:

The system is not ‘broke’. It’s a wonderful no fault efficient and cost effective compensation scheme which is the envy of the world.

It was also the biggest demonstration at parliament for many years. Very impressive turnout by people not usually so politicised. Security guards locked some of the gates so thousands had to hop over the fence to participate in a protest the centre of our democracy. And no bikes were allowed on the forecourt.
