Keith’s bill was drawn. Bring on the republic!

  2. Spud says:

It’s a pity you couldn’t get that hottie, Sonia Gray, to draw the bills.

  3. Spud says:

There are some really good ones here, I’m hoping for the fourth schedule one, though I’m not holding my breath that it will be passed.

  4. Cal says:

Should be interesting. I think the republic movement will gain more traction after Queen Elizabeth, personally.

  5. Spud says:

Republic? :x I hope whatever it is that it doesn’t pass.

  6. Nicola Wood says:

Very, very glad that bill was drawn!

  7. jabba says:

    I pick 29

  8. Jeremy Harris says:

This debate is way overdue… This is a really positive step in NZ’s constitutional history… Not much I agree with Keith Locke on but on this issue he couldn’t be more astute…

    Pfft.

Charles astutely jumped upon the environmental bandwagon early enough that he’s a highly regarded campaigner, by all accounts.

It seems to me that the same faces who advocate a republic also advocate stronger environmental action (there’s a high correlation, at least).

    You do the math.

  11. Spud says:

    Aw, I like Charles.
