Spud,  you&#039;ll need to ask the Greens as it is their bill.  This is only the second time this bill has been in the ballot.  NRT asks all the MPs about their bills and blogs about all the ones he gets.  So I assume Delahunty hasn&#039;t released the bill yet.</description>
