Oh!!! Minister Tolley is back in NZ is she? That blows my theory out of the window… definition of Swine Flu…drop a bombshell on Adult & Community Education…announce withdrawal of “ACE through Schools” funding then fly the country until the dust settles! Still… good to know she can read, perhaps she will reply to some of the many letters that she has received from hundreds of disgruntled adult learners!
